Call Msn. I had the same problem when I downloaded msn9 but I had ie version 5.5.
They gave me another connection called msn test and then I was able to get onto
msn with internet explorer with this. And then I was able to download ie6. Are
you sure you have version 6? Anyway I would call up msn support at
1-800-386=5550
