Thanks for your response. I ran the scandisk, which as you said, takes hours. It
said I had no errors. I am unable to run a virus program. I had to shut down and
on the safe mode it ran a scan disk. It says Help and
Support Valid Options
:lauch default page
-reg server :register the application
-unreg server :unregister server
-Collect :exec. scheduled data collection
-url navigate to a particular page
Anymore suggestions would be gladly tried Thanks, J.G.
