Sounds like it's not POST-ing. Could be motherboard, cpu, power supply, any expansion
peripheral in pci/agp slot, memory.. anything hardware related. You'll just have
to drop the system down to a barebones configuration and see if it posts/boots then.
If not, then start swapping out the barebones parts one at a time.
