if you press ctr-alt-del keys all at once what if anything is
listed there? also look to see if there is a folder called
windows/options/cabs. if there is look in there to find a file
called setup.exe.
just look to see if it is there. dont do anything else.
can you boot to normal mode?
can you boot to safe mode?
