What specific problems are you having that Ad-Aware SE, Spybot S&D and your virus scans have not resolved? HijackThis is for finding and solving specific Malware problems, not explaining all the different programs and browser add ons you have installed or fixing problems you don't have. And there is several web sites such as the Help2Go Detective web page and this German web page that can tell you what know browser hijack programs need to be removed.
