Yes there is limit to how much RAM your computer can take. A PIII is likely expandable 
to 1 gig or more. Your computer manual will tell you exactly what the limit is. You 
would also be better off buying a 512 mb stick especially if there is only slot available. 
The WinMe disk doesn't matter in this case.
