re: in ME control panel, c: window are blank Sunday, February 20, 2005 at 1:18 am Windows Me Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by miffy900 (97 messages posted) You might need to re install the appropriate hyper text folder templates that Windows ME uses to display folder items, there are specialised ones for each folder type, Pictures, Movies, etc. Using the msconfig tool, expand the following files from the original Windows ME boot disk to %windir%\WEB standart.htt sysroot.htt controlp.htt default.htt folder.htt It should work, since they are the main files used by Explorer to display folders, and these might be missing. However, check first if they are missing, because if they're not, you may have another problem.
