I've recently run in to a problem after installing Netscape 7.2. Installation runs
successfully, but when I select the desktop icon, the program does not respond.
I get a brief 'hourglass', but then nothing. This has also happened after I installed
Norton SystemWorks 2005. It's almost like there was a pop-up blocker at work.
I have reloaded the WinME operating system, but the problem only gets worse.
Other than re-formatting, and re-installing, are there any suggestions or answers?
