I'm having the same problem as damien. Somehow this file was corrupted on my system.
I tried following the instructions suggested, but there weren't enough details and
I am too computer illiterate to make it work.
I made a startup disk from a computer currently running ME and booted up my computer
(Dell Inspiron 8000) with the disk. I got to the menu and selected F5 to boot into
Safe mode. When I got the A:\ prompt I typed what Jack suggested "C:\Windows\Options\Install"
and it ran scandisk. However, an error occurred and it said it could not repair the
disk. Any ideas?
