I Have found on my Windoze 98 Machine that The KB891711 update has a problem with Zone alarm. If I close ZA then The update does not freeze my computer. Can't have that though! Interesting side note...If I wait till Zone Alarm is FULLY loaded and manually click on the KB891711 program I have no problems.. Thought it might help the more technically advanced than me.
