is the McAfee firewall a stand alone Firewall, or a packaged firewall+av? if packaged, you're fine with it, but if just a stand alone firewall only, AVG or Avast! are two exellent choices in free AV's, links below along with others to choose from, spyware scanner/remover and what not.
