I'm running Windows ME and the My Documents folder was opening at startup. In another forum, I read that the DlDer.exe infection sometimes created a fake EXPLORER.EXE file. I had noticed in running msconfig that there was an EXPLORER.EXE file in the startup tab. I disabled it and the problem was solved. So, go to Start>Run>type msconfig in the box>OK. Click on the Startup Tab. Scroll down to see if you have an EXPLORER.EXE file in your list. If so, simply uncheck the box in front of it. Click apply and the OK. Restart your computer.
