thanks for letting me know.I am using Zonealarm Free on two Dells with XPHome and 
never had any problems with the Firewalls.Have heard Zone Alarm dials out unauthorized 
and all kinds of horror stories  but wonder sometimes if that applies to the Suite 
or just to the Firewall.Glad you got it fixed.Just make sure you have got up a Firewall.There 
are some good free ones.Joe lists a few in his "Standard Utilities"   :)  werner
