How to Boot Up with a Cd-Rom Thursday, August 4, 2005 at 12:31 pm Windows Me Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Rmolina (1 messages posted) Do I need a specific CD to boot up because I get a Registry/Configuration Error with four options to go into which are 'normal' 'bootlog' safe mode' or 'step-by-step' and neither fixes the problem because it says I need to run 'scanreg' but I can't boot from a floppy because I dont use one. I setup the BIOS so that the boot up sequence is CDROM, C, A. I really need help with this because I cant use Windows ME without fixing it.
