Hi.
Try unplugging the PC and remove the battery on the motherboard for say ( 24
hours ) then reinstall the battery, plug in the PC and see what happens. Its worth
a try. This works on my PC to eliminate the password. The password then will have
to be activated again through the system settings (F8) at start up if you want one
again. This password I assume you are talking about is the one you get when you first
start the PC which comes with a black screen asking for the password.
