Hello and thank you for any help.
Ive been having problems for a long time and stopped trying before but am now back
into it and need help. ive read lots of other posts and cant do on my own.
My problems are -- I dont know my user name or password to log on as administator
--- cannot access control panel or properties on desktop both give me error message
saying " you dont have the appropriate permissions to access the file...............
---- have spybot and coolwwwsearch and tnsSearch is found every scan, also it cannot
remove the coolwwwsearch files in the registry called coolwwwsearch.badzonemap. also
get message "error during check! Mailbot (Datei C:\windows\win.ini kann nicht geoffnet
werden. the process annot access the file because it is being used by another proccess)
I also run CWShredder and it says my rundll32.exe file is missing or corrupt, and
i have to replace it to gain acces to control panel, I dont have this file!!
---When i attempted to slove problems before, i deleted norton from my system and
system restore went with it i guess. system restore wasnt working anyways i got error
message saying free up 200mb of hard drive space, i had over 2gb.
I'm sure there is other problems im forgetting but if i can get any help with these
it would be greatly appreciated, i have a hijackthis log to post if needed
im running a dell pentium3 windows ME
if i forgot anything or if more info is needed ill make sure to post thanks again
