One minor thing you can do to help your system not stall so much (not related
to your Malware problems) is to remove the SSDPSRV
support, through Add/Remove programs and reboot. Its called "Universal Plug and Play"
support and was for talking to your icebox and microwave over the Internet,
and allowing government agencies a backdoor into your system.
You can also remove TaskMonitor
using HijackThis and then its second part in the Scheduled Tasks window, as it does
little other than slow your system down when booting and starting programs. (I see
you have already removed PCHealth.)
If your IE hang problem is not related to the Malware problems Charlie is helping
you with, you may want to run a TIF and DAT file cleaner like CCleaner or DELINDEX AFTER he has helped
you clear your system of Malware, and when he thinks it would be most useful.
