You're welcome, Kelly. I could tell you'd researched this problem extensively. Sometimes 
a bootlog will show a problem with a driver. Another thing I'd try is booting to 
Safe mode and checking Device Mgr. for duplicate devices. It's easy enough to check. 
'Dups' don't show up in Normal mode. 

If there are duplicates of a device, they should all be removed, then reboot. Windows 
will detect new hardware and reinstall the drivers, as long as they can be located 
on the drive. Anyway, good luck getting it all sorted out. :)
