PC will not powerdown Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at 9:11 am Windows Me Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Peter Chapman (3 messages posted) I have just upgraded from 98 to ME and my PC will no longer auto power down. I get back to the 'it is safe to turn off your computer' and I then have to hold the power button to get it to switch off completely. I have verified I have APM enabled on the BIOS, any advice would be greatfully received.
