Can't change my desktop background Thursday, December 28, 2006 at 1:03 pm Windows Me Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Gary (1 messages posted) I recently installed AVG anti virus but i realized it was the wrong one so i removed it. Since then my desktop background is black and it won't allow me to change it. The background settings in the display menu are locked. How do get it back.
