Do you have one installed, or had you recently uninstalled a Lexmark? That message doesn't indicate anything serious, only that there's a startup entry referring to that module, but it doesn't exist. All you need to do is remove the startup reference to it. Have a look in MSCONFIG for it, or see Jack Gulley's ME web page for info. on Lexmark apps that run at startup.
