I don't remember the Brand PCI USB 2 card I bought (a Cheap one), but it came with a Driver CD, and the card installed with no problems. Been using it a couple years now. I would just make sure the card you buy has a Driver CD, they are really for Win ME, and 98, because XP with a current SP pack doesn't need added USB 2 drivers.
