You WILL need an ME startup disk (better to make one from a working ME system than relying on a downloaded on IMO) AND an ME CD, and you WILL lose all applications like Word or Office, so better make sure you have those disks to reinstall the apps. You may lose hardware drivers like video or modem so perhaps be prepared to search the internet for them. Start here for installation advice: http://www.windowsreinstall.com/
