No you won't loose any work that you've made you were originally talking about the System.ini was missing, that is how I would retrieve System.ini. Do a search in your Windows folder or *.cab. These will normally be rb000.cab to rb005.cab in your Sysbckup folder, depending on how many backups you have. Just open any cab file with WinZip and extract System.ini to your Windows folder.
