Won't boot Windows after BIOS flash

I have an ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe motherboard and flashed the latest 0903 bios with no problems. The issue is when I get the WindowsXP screen the computer reboots and this will go on and on. I then have to re flash to previous bios to get into windows. I have reinstalled the latest chipset drivers and don't know what else to try. (I am going to call ASUS soon). I know a few others are having same issue with this . Any suggestions?
