If the person you are trying to spy on is an adult, you have no right to see they're
browsing history secretly, no matter whether a husband/boyfriend or wife/girlfriend.
If you don't trust them, spying on them is not going to improve the situation. If
your subject is an underage child, research and purchase appropriate parental control
software and advise the child that it's on the computer because they'll find out
soon enough that it has been installed anyway.
