Ed, I thought it went without saying that "me 2005" would be taken for WINDOWS XP MEDIA CENTER EDITION 2005. Guess not. As stated before the BIOS was NOT wrong. I have flashed many times using the BIOS portion of the Asus site. Anyway, the Board itself is a M2n32-sli deluxe with the Nvidia 590 SLI chipset. I RMA'd it again because i felt the first one they sent me was used and damaged.(no box, thermal paste near socket etc.) Once I installed the new one i flashed using the same floppy as i did before and she worked just fine :) Thanks for you help.
