Tony has not posted again, but as he could not boot to Windows, he won't be able 
to run WinZip or access any .CAB files.

A possible solution to his problem, at the DOS prompt, is this command:

 SCANREG /FIX

The computer may take more than 10 minutes to execute this command, and may even 
appear to freeze. THIS IS NORMAL. Just wait patiently.
