Maybe MS has certain areas by Geography Cut off now. Not sure. The Irony is I don't install Updates. If it wasn't for a Post like this I wouldn't even have visited the Update site. I Voice Chat on MSN Messenger a couple times a Week with my Dad, so I had to finally install IE 6 to keep MSN Messenger working.
