Go to START > RUN and then type: regsvr32 urlmon.dll Press Enter. You should see a brief message that the dll has been successfully registered. Do the same with the following, one at a time, pressing enter after each: regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll regsvr32 Mshtml.dll regsvr32 Browseui.dll regsvr32 Shell32.dll It does no harm to re-register a working .dll file. It may be that one of them is broken (corrupted by some other software perhaps), and if so this procedure will repair it by re-registering it correctly.
