hi, this is the error i receive after winme graphic page shows up. then system locks up. "error loading explorer.exe. you must reinstall windows. linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL:RtlGetNVersionNumbers." i don't want to reinstall, anyway, i don't have a startup disk nor WinMe OS cd. i want to save my harddrive contents, so basically, reinstalling is not an option. most forums tell me to get a startup disk and extract corrupt dll file, etc. etc. but i am in need of a startup disk. i can't find one online anywhere. i heard that softmau POWERSUITE might work. does anybody having feedback to my query or the software product? please advise. soj
