Charles, you need to head to a malware support forum, ASAP!
Follow the preliminary cleaning steps on a malware support forum, then post on their
forum for further help. You don't need to purchase anything. Option 1...

One of the best ways to help prevent malware infections, is to Stop using
IE as your main browser. Switch to a more secure, less malware prone browser as
your main browser. IE is extremely vulnerable to malware infections.
Firefox and Opera are recommended alternatives by security experts. Additionally,
use a HOSTS file. See the link below for more info.
