I am trying to assist a friend with a problem involving the Aspienum.VXD file on a windows ME computer. I have found what appears to be a logical solution by Microsoft. This solution requires that I run msconfig and make a change to the startup menu. When I click start, then run, the command box appears but it will not accept anything from the keyboard. If I browse I can select from previously used files but msconfig is not in the list. Any help that you can give will be appreciated . Phil
