Just type each update number in search window of link, and you will be able to find, and download the updates one at a time. Seems awkward, but I did this for a friend a few months ago how didn't have a broadband connection, and I downloaded about 65 to 70 XP updates in (3), 30 minutes sessions I spent on the project over a few days.
