You might consider getting a Memory Card reader. Then you may have easier time retrieving
data without the Camera in the way. Make sure you buy one that will work with Windows
ME. Noticed more and more new Hardware not compatible with old versions of Windows.
I do like the Memory Card Readers though, they make the Memory cards operate more
like typical Thumb drives, and you don't have to worry about draining the Camera
batteries just to get pictures off the Card.
