System restore missing from system tools. Friday, July 6, 2007 at 5:48 am Windows Me Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by foxefire1 (29 messages posted) I lost system restore. Not sure how. But I don't even have C:\Windows\System\Restore\RSTRUI.exe. Is there some way to find this file? I have show hidden files checked off. Also I have system information listed in system tools but when I click on it nothing happens. I have ran virus scan & Spy bot. All came back with nothing found.
