Tech help from Verizon DSL

got tech support from 800-567-6789 and tech did an online share on my computer. at
one point he entered my email address and asked for my password, I refused and he
hung up. I did report to Verizon. Now I have this error message:
The MOTIVE.EXE file is linked to missing export SBHOOK.DLL?installHookCCYAHKPUHWND_HHHHK@Z
I am able to close the dialog box and continue on but this message has me worried.
I am a computer novice so if this appears to be a dumb question, well better to ask
than not. Thanks!
