If you don't trust the ISP Help then you are probably just going to have to live with the problem. If you want to try a fix. You might try just reinstalling the ISP software. Google leads Me to believe the Error is related. Most ISP software does suck, If you have any friends that know their way around a Computer, You might try getting the Computer to connect to the Internet without use of ISP software. Most cases it can be done with the Internet connection Wizard.
