It comes down to mail and spam/junk mail rules at the various ISP's, and the rules
in place especially at the receivers mailbox. As things are getting tightened up
as far as junk mail and identifing it, you may be falling into those traps and rules.
Sadly, it's something you will have to take up with your ISP, and other ISP's who
may be blocking, or "black holing" your email. The receipients also need to contact
their ISP's to report what domain and address (yours) are being blocked and seeing
if the issues can be addressed so that your mail gets through.
Sadly, not a thing we can do from this forum but recommend the above..
