thanks for the advice, i just got a e-mail from nero finally, they sent me a link
to download software for nero 7.2 for windows 98/me. only time will tell if it will
work correctly. the lite-on dvd drive i just brought has a manufact..date of june
2007, which im surprised it had windows 98/me on it. if this software dont work iam
taking the dvd rom back. thanks again. joe
