I stated "used by your broadband modem"..

The Modem may have an internal router function which this could be, and/or if you 
have a broadband router connected to a modem, it would be an IP used or provided 
by the router.  Provided IP addys to machines will not usually end with the fourth 
number as a zero.  The modem or the router would usually reserve that for itself 
but they usually start with one, not zero, and it's possible that it could be referenced 
by the firewall as the server.

You should consult the documentation for your hardware to see for sure.  Otherwise, 
it sounds sort of fishy..
