Test your system to see whether it really needs matcli.exe to be running.
Click on START then on RUN and in the "Open" box that pops up type MSCONFIG.EXE then
click OKAY, to open the System Configuration Utility.
Click its STARTUP tab. On that tab, untick the entry MATCLI.EXE and then click OKAY.
Restart your computer. The MATCLI program will no longer load automatically on startup.
If this proves to be a problem, go into the System Configuration utility again, tick
the entry for that program, and restart the computer. The MATCLI program will then
run on startup automaically every time, as before.
