Missing rundll32.exe file

I tried looking for an answer but really don't know what I am looking for. I just know I had a virus that I removed and now it took my rundll32.exe file and I cannot do anyting. IE Change time on clock, add or remove programs etc. Where can I get a copy of this file to put back I have no CD with system? PLease, please help. Thanks
