At any rate you can get a copy of that file from this site. http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/winfiles.php Merijn is the original author of CWShredder and HijackThis, so it's a trustworthy source. Make sure you d/l the correct one for ME systems. You need to copy the Rundll32.exe file into your Windows\System folder.
