Today is what Windows is programed to change back Clocks. Congress changed the day to next weekend, until they decide to screw around with the Time when they get bored again. You may be able to find a patch, but I just turned off the Daylight savings time setting, and do it manually. It takes about 15 seconds out of your life to set the Computer clock a couple times a year.
