Since Win 9X is out of support now, you won't find a patch for it from MS.  There 
were some third party utilities that would work, but haven't used any on Win 9X for 
a long time.  You may have to update it manually from now on as was previously posted.. 
 W2K and XP are the only ones patched that I know of but then they have a built in 
service for synching time anyway so it isn't as big of an issue, unless the time 
service is stopped in them...
