If you were in England or Australia, or one of the many other countries which retain the final Sunday in October as the day for changing back from summer time, then your PC would be doing its job properly. :-)

I use the program Atomic Clock Sync to set my PC's clock correctly, by syncing to an on-line clock. It has to be run manually, and I usually find I need to use it at least once a week. So that eats up 15 seconds each week.
