You will find a backup copy of the file Rundll32.exe on your hard disk, in the directory C:\WINDOWS\OPTIONS\CABS in the zipped file WIN_17.CAB

Extract a copy of that file using an unzip utility such as WinZip, and copy the file to C:\WINDOWS
