Many people complain about Vista especially when installed on an old computer. If ME is doing the job for you I would stick with it. All of your accessories will require new software but most is available free by visiting the companies web site. I have talked to several who got a New HP computer with Vista factory installed that are happy. You must understand the whole concept of Vista is different than any previous versions and the screens are NOT similar. You will go thru a long learning process. I have 2 computers and am removing Vista from the new one and returning to ME. A high percentage of Vista owners are returning to XP. Try using a friends computer that has vista before you decide.
