Thanks for your response. But nothing works. Can you tell me how to enable "reset configuration data"? It's disabled and once enabled, this may solve the problem. I have tried "Enter." It doesn't work. I have also tried the F keys at the top, stil nothing works. Is there a combination of keys I can use to enable "reset configuration data" in the PCI/PnP section of the BIOS? Thanks.
